What brings people to us

A small part can be difficult to replace. The supplier may have stopped making it, the drawing may be missing, or the replacement may only come inside a much larger assembly.

We measure what matters, rebuild the geometry and review the material for the job. We also help develop new parts, from an early fit model to a prototype you can evaluate.

A photo and an explanation of what the part does are enough to start a review.

How we work with you

Before we choose a process, we ask where the part fits, how it is used and what needs to change. If the application is unsuitable for a printed polymer part, we'll tell you.

Your quote sets out the scope, material, price, shipping window and approval steps. If a physical review is needed before we can give a firm price, we explain that before you send the original.

Important dimensions and inspection are agreed before production. You approve the preview or first article listed on the quote before a batch is printed.

Your part stays your business

We return your original with the finished work unless you ask us to keep or discard it. Customer files and project details stay private.

File deliverables are specified on the quote. Approved revisions stay on record for reorders, subject to your file-retention preferences.

We want it to be easier to keep useful equipment in service and to develop parts that are hard to source. Our focus is on good records, considered material choices and work that can be checked.
