3D Printed Replacement Parts

Discontinued, broken, or never sold separately. Mail in the part and we scan it, rebuild it, and print a replacement that fits. Ships nationwide.

Any plastic part, from any industry, rebuilt from the broken original

Replacement parts are most of what Vekform does. Roughly two out of three requests we get are some version of the same story. A machine, a vehicle, an appliance, or a piece of equipment works fine except for one plastic part, and that part cannot be bought at any price. We scan what is left, rebuild the geometry, and print a replacement in a material that outlasts the original.

Below are the industries we see most. The process is the same in every one. Mail us the part, get a quote with the price and ship date, approve it, and receive the finished part by mail. No CAD file and no in person visit.

What makes a part a good candidate

Good candidates are plastic, under moderate load, and either discontinued or sold only as an expensive assembly. Knobs, clips, brackets, housings, latches, trim, gaskets, guides, and low speed gears all print well. Parts that see heat get polycarbonate or ASA. Parts that flex get nylon or TPU. Parts that need stiffness get carbon fiber nylon.

Poor candidates are parts that were metal for a reason, parts that must hold pressure, parts in direct flame or combustion paths, and parts needed by the thousand. We tell you which is which before you spend anything.
