Can you make a dash bezel nobody reproduces?
Yes. Mail us your cracked bezel, or bring it if you are in metro Atlanta, and we rebuild it in ASA, which holds up in a hot cabin, with the mounting tabs, clip points and gauge openings matched to your dash. A bezel is a typical part at $175 to $250, and larger multi section bezels are quoted after we see them. Recent requests include a 2005 Pontiac GTO center bezel and a 1986 Ford F-150 gauge bezel.
Popular muscle cars often have a reproduction bezel already, and if yours does, buy it. We are for the years and trims the catalogs skipped, and for bezels that only came as part of a whole dash pad.
Bezel size and our printer
Our printer builds about 12 inches across in one piece. Most radio and climate bezels fit easily. A full width gauge bezel on a truck or a long dash trim panel is made in sections that are keyed together and bonded behind the visible face, so the joint sits where nobody looks, then primed and painted as one piece.
Owners on restoration forums often ask for a shop with a big enough printer. Splitting a large bezel well matters more than the bed size, and we plan the joint before we model anything.

How a bezel job goes
Send photos of the bezel installed and out of the car, the year, make, model and trim, and what is broken. Mail the bezel, every piece. We scan it, repair the cracked areas in the model, plan any section joints, print a fit check, and then the finished bezel, sanded and ready for paint or painted to match.
If you only have a photo and no bezel, we can sometimes work from a matching bezel borrowed from another owner. Ask in the quote form.
