Print Your CAD File

Upload an STL, OBJ, 3MF, or STEP and get a real quote with a ship date. File checked by a person, printed in engineering materials, shipped anywhere.

Already have a CAD or STL file? Upload it and get a quote from a person

Vekform is known for printing parts when there is no file. But a lot of Georgia engineers, makers, and businesses already have one, and they are stuck between a marketplace upload that spits out an algorithmic price and a local shop that will print whatever arrives without looking at it.

Here is the middle path. Upload your STL, OBJ, or 3MF through the quote form, tell us what the part does, and an engineer checks the file, picks orientation and settings for the load, and sends you a real quote with a ship date. Problems with the file get flagged before anything prints.

Materials run from PLA for a fit check to carbon fiber nylon and polycarbonate for end use parts.

What happens after you upload

File check

Manifold errors, thin walls, overhangs, and tiny features are caught and either fixed or sent back with notes.

Material and orientation

We set the layer direction for the load path, choose wall and infill for the use, and pick a material if you have not.

Quote with ship date

Price and turnaround together, before anything prints. Approve it by replying to the email.

Print and inspect

Critical dimensions checked against your model. Supports removed, surfaces cleaned.

Finish on request

Inserts, sanding, smoothing, paint, or assembly, quoted with the print.

Ship

Boxed and shipped anywhere in the US. Georgia addresses are usually one day by ground.

Materials you can choose

MaterialBest forWhy
PLALooks and fit checks, display modelsLow cost, stiff, sharp detail. Softens in a hot car, so not for anything that lives outside or near heat.
PETGHousings, brackets with light load, moisture exposureTougher than PLA with better temperature and chemical resistance. A good default for indoor functional parts.
ASAOutdoor parts, automotive and marine trim, UV exposureUV stable and weather resistant, holds color outdoors. Our pick for parts that live in sun and rain.
Nylon (PA)Gears, clips, snap fits, living hinges, wear surfacesTough and slightly flexible with excellent fatigue life. Resists oils and fuels. Absorbs moisture, so we dry and seal it.
Carbon fiber nylon (PA-CF)Stiff brackets, fixtures, jigs, drone and robotics framesThe stiffest common FDM material with good heat resistance and very low warp. The go to for structural replacement parts.
Polycarbonate (PC)High heat, impact, transparent or translucent partsHighest heat resistance of the group and very impact resistant. Used for light housings, guards, and under hood parts that stay away from the exhaust.
TPU (flexible)Gaskets, bumpers, grommets, seals, feetRubber like flexibility in a range of hardness. Replaces torn rubber parts the manufacturer never sold separately.

No file yet? That is the other half of what we do

If what you have is a broken part, a sketch, or a photo, you do not need a file. Mail in the part and we scan it, or describe the idea and we model it. See our reverse engineering and 3D modeling services, or just send what you have through the quote form and we will tell you the fastest route to a part.
