How to duplicate a plastic part without a mold
Send us the original. We measure it with calipers or 3D scan it, rebuild it as a solid CAD model, and print the copy in the plastic that suits the job, which is often a tougher one than the original. A small part like a clip or cap starts from $95 with a spare, a typical part is $175 to $250, and once it is modeled, more copies cost far less. Mail it in, or in metro Atlanta we pick it up.
You do not need a drawing, a CAD file or a mold. For a handful of copies, or a few hundred, printing from a model beats paying for injection mold tooling.
A copy that fits, not just a look alike
Copying a part means more than tracing its outline. Holes need to fit their screws, snaps need to flex the right amount, and anything that mates with another part needs the right clearance. We measure those features directly and model them on purpose, then print a first article and check it against your original before the batch.
If the part is broken or worn, we rebuild what it should be, not what is left. A worn edge gets its original shape back, a cracked tab gets the wall thickness it needed in the first place.

What we will not make
We copy parts that are yours to copy. We do not reproduce logos or trademarks, make safety critical or pressure parts, or copy a design that is still under someone else's patent or licence for sale. Brand names describe fit only.
Every part we rebuild from your original ships with a spare and is remade once at no charge if it does not fit.
From your part to the copies
Use the quote form with one photo next to a ruler, and say how many copies you need and what the part does. Mail the original, every piece, and we send the price before we measure. After you approve, we model it, print a first copy, check it against your original, then print the rest and send everything back with your original.
The model stays on file, so the next order is a part number and a quantity with no design fee.
