Enclosures, clips and accessories, replacement parts your brand sells, event giveaways, decor in bulk, and packaging inserts.
Injection molding makes sense in the thousands. Below that, the cost of the mold usually outweighs the savings per part, and that is where printing wins. No tooling, no minimum, and the design can change between batches.
Send us your file, or the part or sketch, and the quantity. We print a first article for your approval, then the batch, with a per piece price that drops as the quantity grows. Brands use us for launch runs and spare parts, and event planners use us for bulk decor and giveaways.

We choose the material from what the part has to survive, not from what it was originally made of.
| Where the part lives | Material | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Wet or washdown areas | PETG | Handles water and many cleaners, a good indoor default. |
| Sun, heat, weather | ASA | UV stabilized and weather resistant, the right pick for anything that lives outside. |
| Clips, latches, wear | Nylon | Tough and slightly flexible, so snap fits and latches do not crack. |
| Bumpers, seals, grips | TPU | Rubber like flexibility in a range of hardness. |
Printed parts show fine layer lines. If your product needs a molded finish or very large quantities, we will tell you when molding is the better answer.
One. Request a quote and describe the part. A photo helps. Two. Mail the part to the address we send you, every fragment included, or in metro Atlanta ask us to pick it up. Three.
