Classic or late model, car, truck, or Jeep. If a plastic part broke and nobody sells it on its own, we rebuild it from your original. Need it in metal? We make the CAD file.
On a late model car, one cracked tab or a broken clip often means buying a complete bumper bracket kit, console lid, or vent assembly, because the small part is not sold on its own. On an older car the problem is worse. The part is discontinued and the reproduction companies only cover the most popular models.
Vekform rebuilds the small part by itself. Mail us your original, even in pieces, or the matching part from the other side of the car. We model it, strengthen the spot that broke, and print it in a material picked for where it lives in the car. One part for a repair or a batch for a shop. Any make, any model, any year.
Door panel clips, trim retainers, headliner clips, wiring and line clips, and the odd fastener the parts counter cannot identify.
Bumper cover brackets, splash shield mounts, sensor and module brackets, reservoir mounts, and the tab that broke off a part you do not want to replace whole.
Cup holder parts, console lid latches and hinges, vent tabs and louvers, knobs, switch bezels, door handle parts, and seat trim.
Gauge pods, switch panels, phone, tablet, and dash cam mounts, speaker adapters, storage inserts, and the part you wish the factory had made.
Dash trim, bezels, lenses, and interior hardware for cars the parts catalogs gave up on.
We reverse engineer the part into a STEP file your machine shop can quote and cut, and print a test fit copy first.
Classic and vintage owners come to us for trim, knobs, lenses, and clips that have not been made in decades. Late model owners come to us for the one small part the dealer will only sell inside a bigger assembly. Truck and Jeep owners come for mounts, switch pods, and accessories designed around their exact vehicle.
The process is the same for all of them. We work from the real part, so we do not need a parts catalog, a part number, or a factory drawing.
We pick the material from what the part has to survive in the car, not from what it was originally made of.
| Where the part lives | Material | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Interior trim in a hot cabin | ASA | UV stable, does not chalk or go brittle in sun the way old ABS trim does. |
| Clips, retainers, snap fits | Nylon | Flexes without cracking so the clip installs and comes back out. |
| Brackets and mounting tabs | Carbon fiber nylon | The stiffest material we print, with the highest heat tolerance of the group. |
| Lenses, near heat | Polycarbonate | Impact resistant, clear or tinted, takes heat well. |
| Grommets, bumpers, seals | TPU | Rubber like flexibility in a range of hardness. |
We do not print brake, suspension, steering, wheel, seat belt, airbag, or fuel system parts, or anything that carries load in a crash. Those need the original manufacturer part or certified metal, and we will say so. We also do not copy trademarked badges, crests, or logos. We make the plain and functional parts around them and your own custom designs.
One. Request a quote and tell us the car and the part. A photo helps. Two. Mail the part to the address we send you, every fragment included, or in metro Atlanta ask us to pick it up. Three. We model it and send the price and ship date. Four. Approve, and we print, finish, and ship the part back with your original.
No part number, no CAD file, no minimum. One part is fine.
Send us the part, a photo, or a file. You get the price and the turnaround before any work begins.
