Door panel clips, trim retainers, headliner clips, wiring and line clips, and the odd fastener the parts counter cannot identify.
A missing clip is the reason a door panel rattles, a sill plate lifts, or a wire harness sags onto the exhaust. Common clips are on any parts shelf. The odd ones, the clip used on one model for four years, are discontinued, back ordered, or sold only in a kit of fifty that does not include the one you need.
Send us one good clip, or the broken pieces, and we reproduce it in nylon. Nylon is the right material for a clip because it flexes when it snaps in and does not crack when it comes back out. Once the clip is modeled, more copies cost little, so ordering a full set for a restoration or a shop drawer makes sense.
Push clips, Christmas tree clips, and panel retainers that hold door cards, kick panels, and pillar trim.
Molding clips, rocker trim retainers, and wheel arch fasteners that break during every removal.
Headliner retainers, sun visor clips, and carpet and trunk liner fasteners.
Harness clips, brake and fuel line holders in non load bearing positions, and cable guides.
Prop rod clips, seal retainers, and insulation pad fasteners.
A drawer of a hard to find clip for a restoration shop or a whole club, priced per piece after the first.
We choose the material from what the part has to survive in the car.
| Where the part lives | Material | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Interior trim in a hot cabin | ASA | UV stable, does not chalk or go brittle in sun the way old ABS trim does. |
| Clips, retainers, snap fits | Nylon | Flexes without cracking so the clip installs and comes back out. |
| Brackets and mounting tabs | Carbon fiber nylon | The stiffest material we print, with the highest heat tolerance of the group. |
| Lenses, near heat | Polycarbonate | Impact resistant, clear or tinted, takes heat well. |
| Grommets, bumpers, seals | TPU | Rubber like flexibility in a range of hardness. |
We do not print brake, suspension, steering, wheel, seat belt, airbag, or fuel system parts, or anything that carries load in a crash. Those need the original manufacturer part or certified metal, and we will say so. We also do not copy trademarked badges, crests, or logos. We make the plain and functional parts around them and your own custom designs.
Send us the part, a photo, or a file. You get the price and the turnaround before any work begins.
