Dash trim, bezels, knobs, vent louvers, clips, lenses, and interior hardware for cars and trucks the parts catalogs gave up on.
Every restoration hits the same wall. The mechanical parts can be found or machined, but the plastic interior and trim pieces are gone. A dash vent louver, a window crank escutcheon, a glovebox latch, a seat adjuster knob, a marker lens, a center console bezel. Reproduction houses cover the popular models and ignore the rest.
Vekform rebuilds those parts from your original. Mail in the broken piece, or the intact one from the other side of the car, and we scan it, repair or mirror the geometry, and print it in a material that handles a hot cabin and years of sun. ASA for anything exposed to UV, nylon for clips and snap fits, polycarbonate for lenses and parts near heat, TPU for grommets and bumpers.
This is not for structural, suspension, brake, or load bearing parts. Those should be metal and we say so. It is for the long list of plastic parts that keep a car looking and working like it should.
Vent louvers, bezels, switch surrounds, ashtray doors, console lids and hinges, radio surrounds.
Shifter knobs, window crank escutcheons, HVAC knobs, seat adjuster knobs, door pull inserts.
Trim clips, door panel clips, headliner clips, and retainers in tough nylon.
Marker lenses, dome light lenses, and housings in clear or tinted polycarbonate.
TPU grommets, door bumpers, hood stops, and seals never sold separately.
Mirror housings, emblem backers, grille inserts, and badges in UV stable ASA.
We choose the material from what the part has to survive, not from what it was originally made of.
| Where the part lives | Material | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Interior trim in sun | ASA | UV stable, does not chalk or go brittle in a hot cabin the way the original ABS did. |
| Clips and snap fits | Nylon | Flexes without cracking so the clip can be installed and removed. |
| Lenses and near heat | Polycarbonate | Clear or tinted, impact resistant, highest heat tolerance of the group. |
| Grommets and bumpers | TPU | Rubber like flexibility in a range of hardness. |
One. Request a quote and describe the part. A photo helps. Two. Mail the part to the address we send you, every fragment included, or in metro Atlanta ask us to pick it up. Three. We scan it, rebuild the geometry, and send a quote with the price and ship date. Four. Approve, and we print, finish, and ship the part back with your original.
No CAD file, no appointment, no minimum. One part is fine, and a batch of spares is cheaper per piece once the part is modeled.
Send us the part, a photo, or a file. You get the price and the turnaround before any work begins.
