You pay for engineering judgment and a part that fits, not for plastic. A design fee is charged before we measure or model and comes off the price of the part when you order it. Small one off parts carry a published band, print only work runs from a rate card, and anything with a drawing is quoted line by line.
Every quote is in writing with the price, the material, the tolerance we are holding and the ship window before any work starts. A 50 percent deposit starts any job with design time. Small print only jobs are paid in full up front.

Every part we reverse engineer from your original comes with a spare and a fit promise. If it does not fit the original you sent us, we remake it once at no charge. The promise covers fit against the part we measured, not parts printed from a file you supplied or changes you asked for against our advice.
Unless a drawing says tighter, general dimensions hold plus or minus 0.3 percent with a 0.25 mm floor, and measured fit features hold ISO 2768 medium after a first article. Holes under 2 mm and features under 0.8 mm are not toleranced.
Metal printing, brake, steering, suspension, lifting or restraint parts, anything that holds a person, fuel or pressure system parts, parts that touch food or drink, medical or dental devices, firearm parts, and copies of logos or trademarks. We tell you on the first reply when a part is one of those.
Every part we model gets a part number. The file stays on your account, so a reorder is a part number and a quantity, with no design fee the second time. See the parts library page for how that works.
