Knobs, battery doors, bezels, housing halves, and clips for audio gear, instruments, tools, and vintage electronics, plus custom enclosures for new projects.
The electronics inside still work. The plastic around them did not survive. A knob on a vintage receiver or synth, the battery door on a camera or a test meter, the bezel on a radio, a cracked housing half on a tool, the clip that held a cover closed. Manufacturers do not stock these, and the aftermarket covers only the most popular models.
Mail us the broken part, or the intact matching one, and we scan it, rebuild it, and print it in a material that matches the job. ASA or PETG for housings, nylon for clips and snap fits, polycarbonate where heat or impact matters, flexible TPU for feet and bumpers. If you are building something new, send a sketch or a board outline and we model an enclosure from scratch with standoffs, cutouts, and a lid that fits.
Housings, knobs, and mechanical parts only. We do not repair the electronics themselves.
Potentiometer and encoder knobs with the right shaft fit for audio gear, synths, test equipment, and appliances.
Battery compartment doors, port covers, and access panels with working latches.
Display bezels, radio faceplates, button surrounds, and trim rings.
Cracked tool, remote, and handheld device shells reproduced from the surviving half.
Snap clips, cable clips, rubber feet, and mounting brackets.
New housings for boards, sensors, and displays modeled from a sketch or board file, with standoffs and cutouts.
We choose the material from what the part has to survive, not from what it was originally made of.
| Where the part lives | Material | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Housings and bezels | ASA or PETG | Dimensionally stable, good surface finish, available in many colors. |
| Clips and snap fits | Nylon | Flexes without cracking. |
| Near heat or impact | Polycarbonate | Tool housings and parts near power supplies. |
| Feet and bumpers | TPU | Flexible and grippy. |
One. Request a quote and describe the part. A photo helps. Two. Mail the part to the address we send you, every fragment included, or in metro Atlanta ask us to pick it up. Three. We scan it, rebuild the geometry, and send a quote with the price and ship date. Four. Approve, and we print, finish, and ship the part back with your original.
No CAD file, no appointment, no minimum. One part is fine, and a batch of spares is cheaper per piece once the part is modeled.
Send us the part, a photo, or a file. You get the price and the turnaround before any work begins.
