3D Printed Replacement Boat and Marine Parts

Hatch latches, console knobs, cup holders, rod holder parts, electronics mounts, and trim for boats whose manufacturer moved on.

What we do

Marine plastic has a hard life. Sun, salt, heat, and vibration turn the original ABS parts on a boat brittle, and when a hatch latch or console knob finally snaps, the boat builder has either folded or redesigned the part so the new one does not fit. Owners end up with a hatch held shut by a bungee cord.

Mail us the broken part and we scan it, rebuild it, and print it in a material that handles the marine environment better than the original did. ASA is UV stable and will not chalk. Polycarbonate takes impact and heat. Nylon handles the flex in clips and snap fits. TPU replaces torn gaskets, bumpers, and grommets.

We make trim, hardware, and convenience parts. Through hull fittings, structural, and anything below the waterline under load is not a printing job and we will say so.

How it works

One. Request a quote and describe the part. A photo helps. Two. Mail the part to the address we send you, every fragment included, or in metro Atlanta ask us to pick it up. Three. We scan it, rebuild the geometry, and send a quote with the price and ship date. Four. Approve, and we print, finish, and ship the part back with your original.

No CAD file, no appointment, no minimum. One part is fine, and a batch of spares is cheaper per piece once the part is modeled.
