Sample racks, instrument adapters, tube holders, enclosure parts, and one off fixtures for research, clinical, and teaching labs.
Labs live with equipment that is expensive, specialized, and often out of production. A centrifuge rotor lid clip, a microscope stage adapter, a spectrophotometer cuvette holder, a fume hood sash handle, a rack that holds exactly the tubes you use. The manufacturer never sold the part separately, stopped making it, or wants a four figure sum for an assembly.
Mail us the broken part or send a sketch of the fixture you need, and we scan or model it and print it in a material suited to lab use. PETG and nylon handle common disinfectants. Polycarbonate tolerates heat. We can print in colors for sample identification and in quantities for a whole lab or a teaching course.
We make holders, racks, adapters, housings, and fixtures. We do not print parts that contact samples in regulated clinical workflows or parts that need to be autoclaved repeatedly unless the material is confirmed suitable.
Tube, vial, cuvette, slide, and plate racks sized to exactly what you use, in colors for sorting.
Microscope stage inserts, camera and phone adapters, sensor mounts, and probe holders.
Equipment cart clips, drawer parts, enclosure lids, and cable management for benches.
Fume hood sash handles, centrifuge lid clips, incubator shelf supports, and door latches.
Durable models, demonstration rigs, and sets of identical parts for a course.
Housings and mechanisms for research devices built from a sketch, with NDAs on request.
We choose the material from what the part has to survive, not from what it was originally made of.
| Where the part lives | Material | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Racks and holders | PETG | Chemical resistant, inexpensive, available in many colors. |
| Adapters and clips | Nylon | Tough and slightly flexible for snap fits and threads. |
| Near heat | Polycarbonate | Tolerates heat from incubators, hot plates, and lamps. |
| Bumpers and seals | TPU | Flexible for gaskets and feet. |
One. Request a quote and describe the part. A photo helps. Two. Mail the part to the address we send you, every fragment included, or in metro Atlanta ask us to pick it up. Three. We scan it, rebuild the geometry, and send a quote with the price and ship date. Four. Approve, and we print, finish, and ship the part back with your original.
No CAD file, no appointment, no minimum. One part is fine, and a batch of spares is cheaper per piece once the part is modeled.
Send us the part, a photo, or a file. You get the price and the turnaround before any work begins.
