Helmets, armor plates, prop weapons, gauntlets, flexible TPU joint pieces, and LED housings printed from your files.
Atlanta hosts some of the biggest fan conventions in the country, and the best costumes start with printed parts. If you have the files but not the printer, or not the time, send them to us.
We print helmets, armor, and props sized to you, in materials picked for wear. Large pieces are split and keyed so they join cleanly. Order early so there is time to print and finish before the con.
Helmets printed in sections and keyed for assembly.
Chest, shoulder, and leg armor sized to you.
Non functional prop weapons that follow con rules.
Gauntlets, belts, and small details.
TPU pieces that bend where you move.
Housings and diffusers for lights.
We choose the material from what the part has to survive, not from what it was originally made of.
| Where the part lives | Material | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Armor and helmets | PLA or PETG | Light, stiff, and easy to sand and paint. |
| Flexible parts | TPU | Bends with movement. |
| Sun, heat, weather | ASA | UV stabilized and weather resistant, the right pick for anything that lives outside. |
We print files you own or are licensed to use, for personal use. Prop weapons must follow each convention's rules. Vekform is not affiliated with Dragon Con, MomoCon, or any convention.
One. Request a quote and describe the part. A photo helps. Two. Mail the part to the address we send you, every fragment included, or in metro Atlanta ask us to pick it up. Three. We model it and send the price and ship date. Four. Approve, and we print, finish, and ship the part back with your original.
Send us the part, a photo, or a file. You get the price and the turnaround before any work begins.
