3D Printed Robot Gripper Fingers and End of Arm Tooling

Gripper fingers and jaws, vacuum cup plates, tool bodies, part nests, TPU soft pads, and sensor mounts for robots and cobots.

What we do

Every new part a robot handles needs fingers shaped to grip it. Printed fingers are light, cheap to revise, and can be shaped exactly to the part, which is why integrators prototype and often run printed end of arm tooling.

Send us the part the robot handles and the gripper model, and we design fingers or a tool body around it. Carbon fiber nylon for stiffness, TPU for soft contact on finished surfaces.

What we make

Gripper fingers and jaws

Fingers shaped to the part, for common grippers.

Vacuum cup plates

Plates and manifolds for vacuum cups.

Tool bodies

Light tool bodies for cobots with low payloads.

Part nests

Nests and pick locations for robot cells.

Soft pads

TPU pads that protect finished surfaces.

Sensor mounts

Mounts for cameras and sensors on the arm.

Material by job

We choose the material from what the part has to survive, not from what it was originally made of.

Where the part livesMaterialWhy
Stiff brackets and mountsCarbon fiber nylonThe stiffest material we print, with high heat tolerance.
Bumpers, seals, gripsTPURubber like flexibility in a range of hardness.
Clips, latches, wearNylonTough and slightly flexible, so snap fits and latches do not crack.

What we will not make

Check the payload and forces with your integrator. Carbon fiber nylon is stiff but it is not aluminum.

How it works

One. Request a quote and describe the part. A photo helps. Two. Mail the part to the address we send you, every fragment included, or in metro Atlanta ask us to pick it up. Three. We model it and send the price and ship date. Four. Approve, and we print, finish, and ship the part back with your original.
