Guards and covers, sensor brackets, cable carriers, wear pads and guides, knobs and handles, kept as files and reprinted when a line needs them.
For a maintenance team, the expensive part is not the part. It is the hours a line sits idle while a discontinued guide, guard, or bracket is hunted down. Many of those parts are plastic, and many of their manufacturers are gone.
We reverse engineer the part once from your original, deliver the first article for a fit check, and keep the file. When you need another, you send the order number and we reprint it. Metro Atlanta plants can have the original picked up.
Covers and housings that keep out debris, where plastic is acceptable.
Brackets and mounts for photo eyes, proximity sensors, and cameras.
Cable carrier links, hose clips, and cable guides.
Guides, wear strips, and pads in nylon.
Control knobs, handles, and levers.
STEP files kept for every part we model, reprinted when you ask.
We choose the material from what the part has to survive, not from what it was originally made of.
| Where the part lives | Material | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Clips, latches, wear | Nylon | Tough and slightly flexible, so snap fits and latches do not crack. |
| Stiff brackets and mounts | Carbon fiber nylon | The stiffest material we print, with high heat tolerance. |
| Heat and impact | Polycarbonate | Highest heat tolerance of the group and very tough. |
| Wet or washdown areas | PETG | Handles water and many cleaners, a good indoor default. |
We print polymers only and hold no quality certifications such as ISO 9001 or AS9100. Printed parts are for places where plastic is acceptable, as a permanent part or as a stopgap until the OEM part arrives. Your maintenance and safety teams decide where they go.
One. Request a quote and describe the part. A photo helps. Two. Mail the part to the address we send you, every fragment included, or in metro Atlanta ask us to pick it up. Three. We model it and send the price and ship date. Four. Approve, and we print, finish, and ship the part back with your original.
Send us the part, a photo, or a file. You get the price and the turnaround before any work begins.
