Guards and shields, sensor and camera mounts, cable and hose clips, label and print head brackets, control knobs, and stopgaps until the OEM part arrives.
Georgia processes more chicken than any other state, and every plant runs equipment with plastic parts that break, wear, and go out of production. Many of them never touch the product. They hold a sensor, route a hose, guard a chain, or turn a control.
Those are the parts we make. Send us the broken part and tell us the cleaning chemicals and temperatures it sees, and we print it in a material that suits them. Plants in metro Atlanta can have the part picked up.
Covers and splash guards away from the product zone.
Mounts for photo eyes, proximity sensors, and cameras.
Clips and guides for hoses and cables.
Brackets for labelers, printers, and scanners.
Knobs and handles for panels and machines.
Temporary replacements while the OEM part is on order.
We choose the material from what the part has to survive, not from what it was originally made of.
| Where the part lives | Material | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Wet or washdown areas | PETG | Handles water and many cleaners, a good indoor default. |
| Clips, latches, wear | Nylon | Tough and slightly flexible, so snap fits and latches do not crack. |
| Heat and impact | Polycarbonate | Highest heat tolerance of the group and very tough. |
We do not make parts that touch food. FDM parts are not a sanitary surface and we are not an NSF certified source. A plastic part that cracks above an open product zone is a foreign material risk, so parts over exposed product are not a fit. Your sanitation and food safety teams decide where printed parts can go.
One. Request a quote and describe the part. A photo helps. Two. Mail the part to the address we send you, every fragment included, or in metro Atlanta ask us to pick it up. Three. We model it and send the price and ship date. Four. Approve, and we print, finish, and ship the part back with your original.
Send us the part, a photo, or a file. You get the price and the turnaround before any work begins.
