Guide rail segments, conveyor wedges and transfers, starwheel and timing screw prototypes, label and cap guides, sensor brackets, and changeover tools.
A new bottle or carton size means new change parts, and OEM change parts take weeks. Printed parts can prove a new format, keep a line running while machined parts are made, or simply replace the plastic guides that wear out.
Send us the existing part or your CAD and the container spec. We model and print it in nylon or carbon fiber nylon, and you trial it on the line before ordering more.
Rail sections and brackets, with replaceable wear strips.
Wedges, dead plates, and transfer guides.
Trial parts to prove a new format before machining.
Guides and stops for labelers and cappers.
Mounts for photo eyes and vision cameras.
Setting gauges and changeover aids.
We choose the material from what the part has to survive, not from what it was originally made of.
| Where the part lives | Material | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Clips, latches, wear | Nylon | Tough and slightly flexible, so snap fits and latches do not crack. |
| Stiff brackets and mounts | Carbon fiber nylon | The stiffest material we print, with high heat tolerance. |
| Wet or washdown areas | PETG | Handles water and many cleaners, a good indoor default. |
We do not make parts that touch food or drink. FDM parts are not a sanitary surface and we are not an NSF certified source. Starwheels and timing screws are offered as trial parts; your engineers decide what runs in production.
One. Request a quote and describe the part. A photo helps. Two. Mail the part to the address we send you, every fragment included, or in metro Atlanta ask us to pick it up. Three. We model it and send the price and ship date. Four. Approve, and we print, finish, and ship the part back with your original.
Send us the part, a photo, or a file. You get the price and the turnaround before any work begins.
